A CPA holder and graduate of HEC Montréal, Maude Gascon began her career in audit at PwC, where she supported clients primarily from the financial services and pharmaceutical sectors. She then joined the mergers and acquisitions team at the firm, specializing in financial due diligence for companies operating notably in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and renewable energy industries.

Since the end of 2024, she has been part of the ComptInc team, where she leverages her transaction expertise and financial rigor to support clients in executing their strategic projects and managing their financial challenges.
